Our cancellation policy for hotel reservations is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
- No-shows: Full charge of the first night's stay
2. Special Events and Peak Seasons
For special events and peak seasons:
- 7-day cancellation notice required for full refund
- 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- Special event dates may have different policies
3. Group Bookings
For group reservations (5 or more rooms):
- 30-day cancellation notice required for full refund
- 15-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- Group contracts may have specific terms
4. Spa and Restaurant Reservations
Cancellation policies for spa and restaurant bookings:
- 24-hour notice required for full refund
- Less than 24 hours: 50% charge
- No-shows: Full charge

5. Force Majeure
In case of extraordinary circumstances:
